REUNION ANNOUNCEMENT #2: e-mailed to family members with e-mail addresses August 22, 2001 Dear Family: I am writing to thank all of you who have returned your Family Reunion Directory form. I sincerely appreciate your timeliness. As you know, the information in this form will allow us to build a more accurate and comprehensive Robertson family database. The specified deadline, of September 1, 2001, was set in order that we could begin work on the layout of the calendar, directory and, most importantly, the family tree. In addition to these items, the database is also the primary source of reference used for distributing reunion correspondence. For those of you who have not had chance to review your letters and return the form, please do so ASAP. The postage paid envelope, that was included with your letter, should be mailed to DeLea Kearse OR emailed to The deadline is only 9 days away In addition to the form, we asking that you submit family recipes and family photos, (preferably group shots). Between the two of us, Tina and I probably have enough photos of you and your family that are suitable for both the calendar and the web site, however, our hope is that you would be willing to submit more recent photos.
