REUNION ANNOUNCEMENT #4: mailed to family members who indicated that they plan to attend the reunion

GREAT NEWS!!!!!   We are writing to let you know that the first reunion installment payment of $25 (for all attendees over the age of 13) has been extended from October 1, 2001 to January 1, 2002.

Our target attendance goal is at least 50 people (over the age of 13), which would allow us a hospitality room free of charge, to keep Damon's as our prospective caterer for the "all you can eat" ribs and check picnic, and ensure the discounted price for the Cruise.  As it stands, we have 42 people over the age of 13 who have indicated that they plan to attend the reunion, but we have only received payment from 17.  If you would like to make payment arrangements, Please contact Tina Robinson at 800-436-0738 as soon as possible.

P.S.  If we have not received deposits from or made payment arrangements with the remaining 25 people who plan to attend, we will not be able to go forward with next year's Robert Reunion.
